VALUE OF THE CRAFT

Establishing a connection with aesthetic and efficiency has always been a very pleasing endeavor to many. As technology continues to advance so to do the designs. A good representation of this comes with the creation of the famous plywood chair created by Charles and Ray. The works of such individuals continue to evolve and illuminate the minds of new designers even to this day.

One thing is certain however, and that is the need for aesthetic behind every new creation made by a architect. Not only is aesthetic required but it is actually needed in order to compete with the likes of other designers; further helping in exposing such creations to the public with more ease. Aesthetic can be soothing, relieving and even motivating to those who bestow themselves upon it. Given the circumstances, you could say it has a aura to it and you'd be right. Somewhat of a healing process among other things to say the least.

A bonus that could be added to an already aesthetic piece is it's efficiency in the production aspect of it. The plywood chairs created by the "Eames" couple show this by utilizing more common materials as a interior and use a more scarce material on the surface for a more comfortable, yet ,aesthetic touch. It cannot be denied that with such a benefit ,comes more publications of the current product further satiating the consumers and giving way to other marvelous designs in the distant future.

In conclusion, aesthetic is ideal if not mandatory in most cases and it brings forth a whole boaster of values. Efficiency is good for the environment and the reduction of wealth spent to produce the article/product and then some. What can't be seen could still be touched and that brings forth many implications in itself with one them being the feel of texture. All in all the contribution of such things bring forth a magnificent wave of ideas to those who are willing to develop there ideas beyond the norms thought unachievable.
